Taifeng Intelligent After-sales Service Terms
Perfect after-sales service can solve your worries. In line with the purpose of serving customers wholeheartedly and to better promote cooperation between the two parties, the following provisions are made for the after-sales service of the company's products and accessories:
Warranty period
The warranty period for standard products is 18 months, while the warranty period for non-standard products and customized parts is 12 months. The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery. During the first 3 months of the warranty period, if the product cannot be used normally due to quality problems of the product itself, as long as the appearance is not damaged, the customer can appeal with the purchase contract, invoice and other documents, and our company will be responsible for replacement. During the warranty period of 3 months to 18/12 months (according to product classification), if the product has abnormal quality and cannot work normally, our company will be responsible for free repairs.
Product lifetime maintenance and service
For faulty products beyond the scope of liability exemption, our company will wholeheartedly provide you with lifelong maintenance and charge maintenance fees at cost (product shipping costs are borne by the shipper).
After-sales service time limit
1. Within three working days after receiving the customer's faulty product, we will report to the customer the cause of the fault, fault liability, maintenance costs (faulty products beyond the warranty period and within the scope of exemption) and repair completion time.
2. The customer has no objection to the cause of the failure, responsibility for the failure, maintenance costs and repair completion time. From the date of confirmation of maintenance, the faulty product will be repaired within the following limited time and the repaired product will be issued to the customer:
1) Minor failure - within 3 working days
2) General failure - within 7 working days
3) Severity failure - within 15 working days
Repair product warranty
The warranty period for repaired products is six months from the date of delivery.
Scope of application
These after-sales service terms only apply to products produced by Taifeng Company.
Precautions
During the warranty period, the following items are not included in the scope of free maintenance:
1) Damage caused by usage conditions that do not meet the requirements.
2) Damage caused by improper use such as violation of operating regulations or design parameters during use.
3) The appearance of the product is seriously damaged, the product logo is missing, and the source of the product cannot be identified.
4) Self-repair and modification of products.
5) After the customer receives the product and accessories, if there is any damage caused by mechanical reasons such as collision or extrusion during transportation, he or she should raise an objection to our company within two days of receiving the goods. Our company will not be responsible for it beyond the objection period.
6) Damage caused by other man-made and force majeure factors.
