Piston pump is the power element of the hydraulic transmission and control system. The engine (motor) conducts mechanical energy to the piston pump, drives  piston to reciprocate in piston pump cylinder, so that the volume of the closed working chamber changes to achieve oil absorption and oil pressure, and finally converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil to provide hydraulic power for the hydraulic system. Piston pump is a kind of hydraulic pump, compared with other types of hydraulic pump such as vane pump, gear pump, etc., has the advantages of high rated pressure, compact structure, high precision, good sealing, high efficiency and convenient flow regulation, suitable for the application scenarios requiring stable high pressure hydraulic system, widely used in high-end equipment manufacturing and use fields.

Piston pump is mainly composed of drive shaft, swash plate, piston, cylinder block, piston and variable valve. When the engine (motor) drives the drive shaft to rotate, the cylinder block rotates with multiple pistons in the cylinder block, and each piston head maintains contact with the swash plate, because the swash plate and the cylinder are at a certain Angle, so when the cylinder is rotating, the piston reciprocates in the cylinder, the volume of piston cylinder increases and decreases continuously, and the liquid pressure affects the suction and discharge. The rapid and stable rotation of multiple pistons can provide stable hydraulic pressure for the hydraulic system, and the pump effect is generated by the piston to output, and the variable valve is used to adjust and stabilize the output flow and pressure.
