The 2025 Annual Work Summary and Awards Ceremony of Shandong Taifeng Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. was successfully held.

On February 13, 2026, the 2025 Annual Work Summary and Outstanding Employee Recognition Conference of Shandong Taifeng Intelligent was solemnly held in the Taifeng Grand Auditorium, bringing together all employees to reflect on their journey of hard work and jointly chart a course for future development.

The conference solemnly honored outstanding individuals and teams for their remarkable achievements in 2025, recognizing excellence across multiple categories including “Model Strivers,” the “Taifeng Craftsman Award,” and the “Outstanding Department Award.” It also announced the list of A‑ and B‑rated high‑performing employees based on annual performance evaluations, as well as groundbreaking technological innovations in areas such as core technology breakthroughs and new product development, fully demonstrating the company’s talent philosophy of “cultivating both virtue and competence, leveraging employees’ strengths” and its robust innovation drive.

In his annual work report, General Manager Wang Ran provided a comprehensive review of the company’s solid performance in 2025 across key metrics such as sales revenue, market expansion, and delivery assurance. He objectively analyzed shortcomings in project execution and cross‑departmental collaboration, and, guided by the annual work priorities of “cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, quality improvement and volume growth, innovation-driven development, and risk prevention and control,” he meticulously outlined strategic plans for 2026, focusing on critical areas including market expansion, product R&D, and lean management.

At the meeting, the company signed 2026 contract responsibility agreements with the heads of each business division and core business segment, further clarifying operational objectives and reinforcing principal responsibility, while conveying a firm commitment to “goal-oriented management and performance first.” This conference not only serves as a summary and tribute to last year’s achievements but also as a rallying call and mobilization for the new year ahead.
