Taifeng Intelligent Holds the 2026 Quality Rectification and Improvement Conference

From February 25 to 27, Taifeng Intelligent held a three-day quality improvement and rectification conference, fully implementing the 2026 quality strategy and solidifying the foundation of corporate development with the strictest standards. The conference adopted a participatory approach, with each business unit advancing its own initiatives, while senior company leaders attended throughout the event to provide guidance and convey a firm commitment to “zero tolerance for quality issues” to all employees.

On the first day of the conference, senior company leaders delivered an inspiring keynote speech, profoundly articulating the core tenet that “quality is the lifeline of an enterprise.” They emphasized the need to adopt a “strict and rigorous” approach, turning inward to critically examine and address weak links in quality management. The conference advocated abandoning the “close enough” mindset and firmly establishing the core principle of “getting it right the first time.” It delved deeply into the quality philosophy that “good products are made, not inspected,” and called for integrating quality control across the entire R&D, production, and service process—truly ensuring that “every stage of quality is under control, and quality itself does the talking.”

Subsequently, the Industrial Hydraulics and Construction Machinery Hydraulics divisions each launched specialized rectification efforts lasting more than 8 hours. The heads of each business unit took the lead in analyzing typical quality cases, identifying process risk points, and organizing all employees to engage in mutual criticism and self‑criticism. The atmosphere on site was solemn, with everyone confronting problems head‑on, refusing to evade or conceal anything. Attendees unanimously agreed that “anything that helps improve efficiency is the best form of improvement,” and that, while strictly upholding quality standards, we must continue to optimize processes to achieve a win‑win outcome for both quality and efficiency.
This meeting was not only a profound reflection on quality but also a soul‑deep baptism in quality culture. The meeting clearly emphasized that “quality is not the sole responsibility of the quality inspection department—it is a shared responsibility for everyone.” After three days of intensive learning and discussion, all employees’ quality awareness was significantly enhanced, and they unanimously pledged to implement the “zero tolerance for defects” requirement in their daily work, putting the principle of “doing it right the first time” into action.

In the future, Taifeng Intelligent will take this conference as a new starting point to continuously deepen its quality culture development, fostering a widespread ethos of “everyone learning about quality, everyone valuing quality, and everyone safeguarding quality,” thereby pooling tremendous strength to build a leading hydraulic brand in the industry.
