Prefill valve is a control component of the hydraulic transmission and control system, which is a hydraulic control one-way valve mainly composed of valve seat, valve core, connecting body, shell, valve body, control piston, and spring. Its function is to control the flow of fluid in one direction to stop, while the other direction flows freely. The pilot action is achieved through hydraulic pressure by the control valve core supplied by the oil port, thereby directly opening the main valve. When the hydraulic actuator is in fast forward working state, it causes the hydraulic actuator to self suction oil from the oil tank; When the hydraulic actuator is in a slow pressure working state, it causes the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic actuator chamber to be discharged to the oil tank.

The prefill valves have the characteristics of excellent processing, high precision, no leakage, excellent pressure holding performance, smooth flow channels, small flow resistance, reliable reset, and stable performance. The specifications and models include single control or dual control types, with diameters ranging from 32mm to 550mm.
